We are the of the world. Matthew 5:13-16 says "Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Take this candle to your site. Ask others to, and watch the light grow.

Jesus said come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me: for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burdens are light. Matthew 11:28-30

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotton Son John 3:16.

Who hung on the cross and die for our sins.

But praise God! Jesus didn't say dead. On the third day He rose again!!

When we follow after our own ways then we crucify all over again. Let us not be like the scribes and the pharisess, or the people who were the ones to kill our Saviour. Let us seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Isaiah 55:6.
